Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales in the assigned area to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to ensure effective market coverage.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product visibility and distribution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Ensure on-time execution of trade promotions and marketing activities.
• Review sales performance regularly and provide accurate reports to management.
• Oversee inventory levels, order planning, and timely collections.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales.
• Strong knowledge of distribution management and retail/trade channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and take proactive decisions.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
