Area Sales Executive

drives revenue by engaging customers, building relationships, and exceeding targets through deep product knowledge, effective sales techniques (upselling/cross-selling), and excellent service, while also managing displays, inventory, handling transactions, and providing feedback, requiring strong communication, sales acumen, and a proactive approach to achieving goals in a fast-paced store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet, assist, and build rapport with customers, identifying needs and offering personalized solutions.
  • Sales & Targets: Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets (KPIs) through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of products, services, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Store Operations: Ensure merchandise displays are attractive, shelves are stocked, and the store environment is clean and organized.
  • Transaction Handling: Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, restocking, and monitoring inventory levels, reporting discrepancies.
  • Customer Service: Resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Gather customer feedback for management and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the team to achieve overall store objectives and support promotions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
