About Us

CM Pakistan is the exclusive distributor of Renner Italia – a premium Italian brand of high-performance wood coatings. Our products are used in high-end residential, commercial, and industrial wood finishing projects. We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to manage dealer relationships, drive sales growth, and identify new business opportunities nationwide for Renner products in Pakistan. 


Key Responsibilities


1. Dealer Management & Sales Growth


  • Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers across Pakistan, providing regular support and guidance


  • Monitor dealer performance and implement strategies to improve monthly sales where needed.


  • Collaborate with dealers on local marketing efforts, product education, and promotional campaigns.


  • Visit key dealers periodically to reinforce the Renner brand and ensure alignment with business goals.


2. Dealer Network Expansion


  • Identify potential dealers in untapped or underperforming markets.


  • Evaluate and onboard new dealers, ensuring proper setup, training, and first-order support.


  • Actively grow Renner’s presence in high-potential regions through strategic dealer appointments.


3. Sales Analysis & Reporting

  • Track regional and dealer-wise sales performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.


  • Prepare clear and actionable reports to share with senior management.


  • Use insights from sales data to drive more targeted, data-informed decision-making.


4. Product Knowledge & Learning


  • Develop a thorough understanding of Renner’s wood coating systems, including product applications, benefits, and competitive differentiators.


  • Confidently communicate technical details and recommend suitable solutions to dealers and clients.


5. Cross-Functional Coordination


  • Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries, dealer support, and smooth operations.


  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of dealer performance, communications, and key activities.


What We’re Looking For


5 plus years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or channel management (experience in coatings, construction materials, or industrial products is preferred).


Very strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for relationship building.


Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.


Willing to travel across Pakistan for dealer visits and fieldwork.


Comfortable working with Excel, ERP software, and basic reporting dashboards.
