Position Overview

The Area Sales Manager – for India. will be responsible for leading sales and business development activities across the India market. This role involves managing distributor networks, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and executing growth strategies. The position requires a combination of leadership, sales expertise, and operational knowledge in the medical devices sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales operations in India and support coordination with Dubai headquarters.
  • Manage and grow distributor networks, ensuring sales targets and market penetration.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulations of India and office management procedures.
  • Oversee distributor contracts, pricing, and incentive structures.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Organize training programs, exhibitions, and marketing activities to support growth.
  • Collaborate with finance and administration to ensure smooth operations.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

Key Requirements

* Preferably a citizen of the United Arab Emirates.

  • MBA degree (preferred in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Management).
  • Proven experience .
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting/finance, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • High level of creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract,

Contract length: 24 months

Experience:

  • sales manager: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Team Leader : 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Hindi and English (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Required)
