Lead Generation Executive – Real Estate | Home Keys Real Estate

Job Description:
Home Keys Real Estate is seeking motivated and results-driven Male and Female Lead Generation Executives to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of experience in generating quality leads, preferably within the real estate industry. You will play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential clients to support our sales team in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through online research, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Identify and target potential buyers, sellers, tenants, and investors.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to pass on verified leads and assist in follow-ups.
  • Track and analyze lead performance to improve sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on Dubai real estate trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead quality and conversions.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the Dubai property market is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
