Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for volume and revenue.
  • Drive sales of focus products and increase SKU penetration across outlets.
  • Market Development
  • Expand market presence by identifying and onboarding new outlets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify threats and opportunities.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.
  • Distributor Management
  • Manage Distributor Business Representatives (DBRs) to ensure effective coverage and execution.
  • Collaborate with distributors to optimize inventory, logistics, and service levels.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights.
  • Use data to drive decisions and improve territory performance.

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate or Masters
  • 7 to 12 years’ experience in any Beverage, FMCG or food processing company.
  • Strong understanding of distribution networks and retail execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Salary - Negotiable with current /last salary
  • Location- Bongaigaon or Tihu or Nalbari
