Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kollam, with some flexibility for remote work. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing and mentoring a team, and building strong relationships with clients. Key tasks include developing sales strategies, overseeing daily operations, achieving revenue targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring market trends, and coordinating with other departments for seamless execution of goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and Revenue Generation
• Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Client Retention
• Strategic Planning, Analytical Thinking, and Market Trend Analysis
• Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
• Proficiency in areas related to finance such as understanding financial products, loan management, and market competitiveness
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• Experience in the financial services sector or a related industry is an advantage
