Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Location: Rajasthan / Tamil Nadu / Mumbai (Western Line)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to drive business growth across key territories. The ideal candidate should have strong FMCG or beauty industry experience with a deep understanding of retail and distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business growth in assigned territory.
  • Handle distributors, stockists, and retail network management.
  • Plan and execute monthly sales strategies and trade promotions.
  • Monitor sales performance, secondary sales, and ensure effective market penetration.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, salon partners, and regional distributors.
  • Track competitor activities and share timely market insights.
  • Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and brand presence at POS.
  • Lead, train, and motivate sales representatives or promoters in the region.
  • Conduct regular market visits and ensure execution excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent.
  • 3–7 years of experience in FMCG or Beauty & Cosmetics industry.
  • Proven success in handling regional markets and distributor management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned area.

Pay: ₹50,052.50 - ₹60,126.47 per month
