Area Sales Manager

We are one of the leading Manufacturing company of Ice Creams Since 1948, our Brand name is "Joy". Presently we have an opening for a talented Area Sales Manager.

Job Overview:

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales in Kozhikode, Kannur, Kanhangad area. You’ll manage a team of sales representatives, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure our products achieve maximum visibility and availability in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.

* Develop and execute area-specific sales strategies to expand market share.

* Establish strong relationships with distributors, retailers.

* Monitor and analyze sales performance data, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

* Ensure timely execution of promotions and strategies.

* Track competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements:

* Minimum qualification required is degree.

* The candidate must have good knowledge in FMCG sales will get preference.

* The candidate should have a minimum experience of 5 to 10 years in marketing field.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
