Main Responsibilities

  • Manage full business circle with distributors on the respective markets.
  • Creating and managing an appropriate Brands/per market budgeting, annual sales business plans and P&Ls (Net sales to brands margin).
  • Acting as the main point of contact between distributors and internal teams.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with partners, brand managers & teams.
  • Addressing and resolving partners complaints.
  • Supervising all processes related to each market.
  • Communicating and collaborating with the marketing, commercial, digital, finance and logistics departments to ensure that partners needs are met.
  • Weekly follow up on sales achievements vs targets.
  • Coordinate training & education process for each market.
  • Follow up on timely order placement.
  • Liaise with Supply Chain on providing inputs on rolling forecast requirements for accounts handled.
  • Consolidate and share monthly OOS reports and increase service rate.
  • Review orders to ensure only relevant SKUs are ordered (no disc/LE items, slow movers etc)
  • Collect monthly tester requirements from each account, order and replenish all doors accordingly.
  • Allocate and distribute required GWPs, samples and POSM materials to each account.
