Job Responsibilities:

Drive achievement of Area Volume Targets (Primary & Secondary) on a monthly basis through focused sales execution.

Lead Morning and Evening Sessions with DSRs to review daily performance and drive action plans.

Track Field KPIs such as penetration and bill/outlet productivity to strengthen market performance.

Promote smart selling by driving usage of tools like Google Maps among Field Officers for improved route efficiency.

Lead execution of Trade Promotions across territories in line with agreed mechanics.

Ensure Trade Offers and Wholesale Discounts are accurately passed on to customers.

Minimize damages and losses by maintaining proper warehouse standards and practicing FIFO at distributor level.

Drive availability and visibility in trade channels through effective coordination with Field Officers and DSRs.

Motivate and guide Distributors to achieve sustainable business growth.

Gather and share market intelligence with Head Office to support strategic planning.

Support the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in key initiatives, projects, and performance tracking.

Demonstrate strong people management and conflict resolution skills, fostering discipline and motivation within the field team.
Education:
Master's degree.
Experience:
3-5 years of relevant sales experience preferably from FMCG industry.
