Division: Jaffer Hilti Division

Our Hilti division provides high-performance construction tools, fastening systems, and engineering solutions for major projects. We work closely with contractors and consultants, making this role ideal for candidates with experience in construction products, technical sales, and project-based selling.

Experience:

  • 4-5 years of experience in highly productive sales with a trackable sales history in a similar assignment within the consturction or similar industry.
  • Proven record of success in leading & developing sales teams.

Education:

  • Engineering Degree with major in Civil/Mechanical.
  • MBA in Sales/ Marketing is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach the sales team to achieve sales targets and develop future talent.
  • Build a strong customer pipeline through the team and manage key accounts by monitoring CRM activity.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through effective product demos, site visits, and technical guidance.
  • Ensure project penetration by offering complete Hilti solutions across major applications.
  • Review and monitor sales performance, refining strategies with country/region leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, engineering, support) to execute aligned sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate project/account tracking systems and timely reporting.
  • Support budgeting and planning processes by contributing to short- and long-term objectives.
  • Maintain DSO and overdue targets through effective credit control and recovery strategies.
  • Drive the Sales Management Process (SMP) and strengthen multi-channel selling efforts.
