- Sales & Market Development
- Deliver annual sales volume, margin, and collection targets using DMS+ methodology.
- Expand distributor footprint and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
- Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Marketing & Operational Support
- Implement marketing plans and promotional campaigns with distributors.
- Provide technical and commercial support to distributors and their customers.
- Ensure accurate SALSA reporting and customer data updates.
- Compliance & Governance
- Adhere to HSEQ policies and company values, including Anti corruption and Antitrust compliance.
- Ensure all activities align with Code of Ethics and operational standards.
- Financial Management
- Control overdue accounts and maintain credit exposure within targets.
- Support debt recovery and ensure timely payment collection.

- Market Segments: Automotive lubricants distributors and wholesalers
- Annual Volume Target: 500 MT.
- GMVC: Approx. 350 K $ or regional equivalent
Informations supplémentaires Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years in lubricants or B2C sales
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of HSEQ standards and distributor channel dynamics
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
