Currently, we are seeking a passionate and performance-driven professional to join our Sales team and take charge of our Area Sales Manager - Quetta position in the South region.
Responsibilities:-

Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, distribution, and in-store visibility targets across all relevant channels.

Develop and implement strategic territory sales plans in alignment with national objectives to ensure sustainable business growth.

Negotiate and execute annual business development agreements with distributors and key retail partners, including trade discounts, promotional plans, merchandising visibility, and volume commitments.

Optimize and expand the distributor network to ensure effective coverage, service levels, and return on investment (ROI).

Monitor and manage distributor performance through regular business reviews, ensuring compliance with company policies and achievement of KPIs.

Ensure proper execution of channel-specific plans while maintaining brand presence through impactful point-of-buy (POB) execution.

Lead, coach, and develop both the company’s field sales team and distributor sales representatives to enhance field execution and customer engagement.

Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitive activities, ensure retail execution, and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.

Ensure efficient stock management at distributor and retail level to avoid stock-outs or overstocking, maintaining a healthy stock rotation.

Ensure timely and accurate recovery of trade receivables from distributors in line with the company’s credit policy and payment terms.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment and smooth business operations.

Utilize data-driven insights and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.

Ensure compliance with all trade policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in the territory.
Qualifications:-

Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

6 to 8 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.

Prior experience in territory/area sales management, distributor handling, and team leadership is essential.

Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, trade marketing, and distribution management.

Knowledge of retail dynamics across General Trade, Wholesale, and Modern Trade.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with sales automation tools.

Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
