Overview
In this position, you will be in charge of meeting the Region Sales and Orders budget whilst managing a network of in region Distributors and building strong relationships with key costumers and consultants in Heavy Industrial. You are responsible for developing and driving a sustainable business through key influencers in the market and region to generate direct and indirect sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive consultant and contractor program in planning, content, execution and validation, Including support in research, identification, validation and enablement
- Plan, manage and participate in exhibitions, seminars and other promotional activities
- Deliver training and technical presentations
- Create local high-level interaction and global level when necessary
- Ensure leads and opportunities are coming from early engagement of market / project influencers
- Ensure the delivery of sales and orders as defined in SIP
- Obtain market information and understand key competitor strategies in region
- Ensure compliance to ITC and other regulatory requirements
- Provide regular forecasts, risks and opportunities and ensure all is reflected in the CRM
- Liaise with Bid Management and Application Engineering team to ensure quotations are meeting customer's needs.
Requirements
- Experience 5-8 Years' experience in similar role, with Heavy Industrial Sales in Middle East
- Education Bachelor's degree in engineering field or Equivalent
