Area Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales activities within the assigned territory
• Promote construction chemical products such as epoxy, adhesives, admixtures, and related solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and builders
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and collections
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback to management

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in building materials, cement, paints, construction chemicals, epoxy, adhesives, or admixtures
• Strong understanding of the construction and infrastructure market
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle field sales operations
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area

Preferred Skills:

• Dealer and distributor network handling experience
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
