Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with policies, risk guidelines, and internal controls.

Coordinate with BUs for smooth transaction turnaround.
Business Development & Revenue

Achieve sales and cross-sell targets for Secured Business Loans.

Identify new business opportunities and manage profitability.

Monitor competitor strategies and implement countermeasures.
Relationship Management

Build and maintain client, DSA, and DST relationships.

Drive cross-selling initiatives across branches and channels.

Ensure quality service and portfolio growth.
People Management

Set and monitor performance goals.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Operating Network

Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Product, and HR teams for compliance and business growth.
