Qualifications:
Minimum Science Graduation / MBA
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years in the same role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team to meet targets and achieve growth.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
