Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Location: Kolkata
CTC: 4.00 LPA (as per experience)
Experience: 2–7 years in Sales (Team Handling mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive business for the assigned area
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Develop new markets and strengthen existing channels
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate mandatory
• Experience in 2+ BFSI / Insurance / FMCG / Telecom / Field Sales preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and target orientation
• Two-wheeler mandatory
