Area Sales Manager

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
  • Manage and develop dealer network performance and profitability.
  • Identify new market opportunities and appoint new dealerships where required.
  • Monitor stock levels, retail performance, and order planning.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits and performance reviews.
  • Implement company sales strategies, promotions, and schemes.
  • Train dealer sales teams on product features, sales techniques, and processes.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales data, forecasts, and market feedback.
  • Coordinate with marketing, service, and finance teams for smooth operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
