Area Sales Manager

BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is looking for an Area Sales Manager – North in Sales department.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or related

Experience: 5+ years of automotive experience

Location: Islamabad

The individual will develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional targets and maximize revenue. They will lead and motivate a sales team, manage relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors, and ensure high service standards. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, tracking sales performance, and providing regular reports to senior management.

The role also involves managing the sales budget, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with marketing to enhance visibility through regional promotions and campaigns. The individual will ensure effective product presentation, stay updated on product offerings, and oversee compliance with industry standards. They will provide training and support to dealers and distributors, maintain accurate sales documentation, and coordinate with marketing, service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of vehicles and parts.
