highly experienced and strategic Area Sales Manager
to join our team in the Steel Structure & PEB industry. The ideal candidate will lead and implement effective sales strategies, manage and develop a high-performing sales team, foster strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction. Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Area Sales Manager
to join our team in the steel & PEB industry sector. The ideal candidate will lead and implement effective sales strategies, manage and develop the sales team, foster strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves analysing market trends, identifying opportunities, and aligning company overall strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and recommend the Sales Department budget based on relevant data and analysis.

Monitor department financial performance and address any deviations to ensure targets are met and improvement opportunities are utilized.

Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of sales reports in line with organizational standards.

Lead the development and execution of sales strategies aligned with business objectives.

Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.

Resolve client issues effectively and maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Actively seek new business opportunities, collect and analyse RFQs, and provide suitable offers.

Submit detailed weekly sales reports outlining performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Conduct project handovers and coordinate closely with the Project Management team.

Ensure timely and complete payment collection.

Continuously monitor and improve sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Lead, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the sales team.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Ensure compliance with all relevant company standards and legislative requirements.
Job Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering is mandatory. Possession of a master’s degree will be considered an advantage.

Minimum of 10 years with
solid experience in steel products sales, PEB and SS (in both commercial and O&G sector). including 4 years in a management position.

Strong leadership experience managing large sales teams within the GCC region.

Leadership, decision-making and problem-solving, management, communication and interpersonal skills as well as negotiation skills are required.
