Job Purpose:

To drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets for a designated area by managing distributor/dealer networks, supervising field sales teams, and building relationships with applicators, builders, and contractors in the paint industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Target Achievement:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor primary and secondary sales.
  • Track product-wise and region-wise performance.
  • Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors in potential areas.
  • Promote new product launches.
  • Develop relationships with influencers like painters, contractors, architects, and project heads.
  • Key Skills Required:
  • Strong knowledge of decorative and/or industrial paints.
  • Good understanding of channel sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business/Commerce).
