Area Sales Manager (ASM)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Min 3-4 years of work experience in Sales & Distribution.

· Candidate should have experience in Mobile Accessories Pure sales.

· Achieve sales targets by growing business by appointing RDS/distributors.

· Appoint/Lead the Distributors/DTR Partners in respective state & cities.

· Study the local market trend, reports, analysis to increase the sales.

· Meet distributors, dealers & retailers on a regular basis to improve market share / volume.

· Responsible for market information collection, category planning, and timely completion of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

· Monthly forecast of Rolling Sales Plan (RSP) for product planning and preparation and rolling out of targets to employees (Primary, Secondary & Tertiary) and Distributors (MOU) on the 1st of every month.

· Daily Sales report Flow assurance.

· To manage & assure the viability of sales team.

Pay: ₹15,751.54 - ₹50,000.00 per month
