Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for vehicles and allied products.
- Develop and implement area-wise sales strategies to improve market penetration.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential dealers and channel partners.
- Manage and support dealers, sub-dealers, and retail outlets within the assigned territory.
- Ensure dealer adherence to company policies, branding standards, and operational processes.
- Conduct regular dealer visits, reviews, sales planning, and performance tracking.
- Drive order generation and ensure timely collections as per credit norms.
- Generate and manage corporate and fleet sales leads.
- Plan and execute BTL activities such as roadshows, test ride camps, and local promotions.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics to stay competitive.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, channel management, or business development.
- Experience in automobile / EV / two-wheeler industry preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
