Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for vehicles and allied products.
  • Develop and implement area-wise sales strategies to improve market penetration.
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential dealers and channel partners.
  • Manage and support dealers, sub-dealers, and retail outlets within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure dealer adherence to company policies, branding standards, and operational processes.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits, reviews, sales planning, and performance tracking.
  • Drive order generation and ensure timely collections as per credit norms.
  • Generate and manage corporate and fleet sales leads.
  • Plan and execute BTL activities such as roadshows, test ride camps, and local promotions.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics to stay competitive.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, channel management, or business development.
  • Experience in automobile / EV / two-wheeler industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
