Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee sales operations for our medical devices portfolio in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in healthcare or medical device sales, with the ability to build relationships, drive territory growth, and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales of medical devices within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, surgeons, and distributors
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training where required
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to management
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure timely reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer-handling skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Willingness to travel within the region
