Area Sales Manager- Automotive Aftermarket

About the Role
Our client, a leading player in the automotive aftermarket services sector, is transforming how multi-site service centers operate in the UAE. With offerings spanning oil change, batteries, AC, tires, and mechanical repairs, they’re seeking a results-driven, tech-first Area Sales Manager to oversee operations and growth.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who knows the UAE automotive market, can drive sales & profitability, and thrives on integrating technology, AI, and digital dashboards into daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver on sales, gross profit, and net profit KPIs across assigned service centers.
• Grow revenue by driving upselling, cross-selling, and customer loyalty initiatives.
• Improve customer experience scores (NPS, CSI, online reviews) through operational excellence.
• Conduct stock/process audits and ensure POS systems are fully utilized for billing, tracking & reporting.
• Leverage AI-driven analytics & dashboards to forecast sales, track KPIs, and streamline operations.
• Mentor branch managers and frontline teams, embedding a tech-enabled, customer-first culture.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ UAE experience in the automotive aftermarket or related industry (mandatory).
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Proven success in sales & operations leadership with measurable results.
• Strong exposure to multi-store or multi-brand management (preferred).
• Tech-savvy with CRM, POS, AI-powered tools & analytics platforms.
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills for analysis & reporting.
• Excellent commercial acumen, leadership, and problem-solving ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

• Automotive Aftermarket Services: 5 years (Required)
• Chat GPT and other AI tools : 4 years (Required)
