Job Title: Area Sales Manager – B2B (Egg Powder Division)

Qualification: Graduate with BBA or MBA (Marketing preferred) / Food Sciences background is a plus
Experience: 4–6 years (preferably in B2B sales within FMCG, food ingredients, poultry, or dairy sector)
Skills:
- Strong B2B sales and territory management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Sound understanding of industrial sales cycles and key account management.
- Knowledge of food ingredients market (bakeries, confectionery, HoReCa, manufacturers) is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to manage pressure and deliver results.
- Leadership ability to manage distributors and sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the B2B egg powder business within the assigned territory.
- Identify and onboard new clients including bakeries, food manufacturers, HoReCa, and industrial buyers.
- Manage and expand relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term business growth.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth for the egg powder segment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to support strategic decisions.
- Manage distributors and ensure effective coverage of the assigned area.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations using MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Ensure timely recovery of payments and maintain accurate sales documentation.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.
