Area Sales Manager – B2B (Egg Powder Division)

Job Title: Area Sales Manager – B2B (Egg Powder Division)
Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: Graduate with BBA or MBA (Marketing preferred) / Food Sciences background is a plus
Experience: 4–6 years (preferably in B2B sales within FMCG, food ingredients, poultry, or dairy sector)
Skills:

  • Strong B2B sales and territory management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Sound understanding of industrial sales cycles and key account management.
  • Knowledge of food ingredients market (bakeries, confectionery, HoReCa, manufacturers) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to manage pressure and deliver results.
  • Leadership ability to manage distributors and sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the B2B egg powder business within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and onboard new clients including bakeries, food manufacturers, HoReCa, and industrial buyers.
  • Manage and expand relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth for the egg powder segment.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to support strategic decisions.
  • Manage distributors and ensure effective coverage of the assigned area.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations using MS Excel and CRM tools.
  • Ensure timely recovery of payments and maintain accurate sales documentation.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.
