1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region.
  • Drive primary and secondary sales through effective dealer and distributor management.
  • Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors to expand the brands market reach.

2. Market Penetration & Channel Management

  • Monitor channel performance and ensure product availability across all retail and distribution points
  • Negotiate trade terms, margins, and schemes to ensure profitable growth.
  • Track competitor activities and provide insights to management for strategic planning.

3. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners and distributors.
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Resolve dealer/distributor issues promptly and professionally.

4. Inventory & Collections

  • Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams for timely stock replenishment.
  • Ensure effective inventory management and control of returns or unsold goods.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
