Roles and Responsibilities1. Strategy &amp; Planning<ul><li>Work directly with founders to define collection strategies, launch timelines, and pricing architecture (D2C + B2B).</li><li>Study sales data, customer feedback, and category trends in mens wear to guide product, pricing, and stocking decisions.</li><li>Plan inventory, forecast production, and optimize supply chain for both retail and wholesale demand.</li><li>Develop and implement growth strategies for Monotones upcoming B2B vertical, including outreach, sampling, and catalogue planning.</li></ul>2. Vendor &amp; Factory Coordination<ul><li>Manage daily communication with mills, suppliers, and garment factoriesfrom sampling to bulk production.</li><li>Negotiate costs, MOQs, timelines, and quality parameters.</li><li>Ensure factories follow Monotones sustainability, compliance, and quality standards.</li><li>Drive new sourcing opportunities for fabrics, trims, and mens wear developments.</li></ul>3. Operations &amp; Execution<ul><li>Oversee end-to-end brand operations: sourcing &rarr; production &rarr; QC &rarr; inventory &rarr; warehousing &rarr; dispatch.</li><li>Create and maintain strong SOPs across all workflows (sampling, production, QC, stock, warehouse, returns).</li><li>Own the operational performance of the brandproblem-solving and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.</li><li>Ensure Shopify online operations run smoothly, including stock syncing, order processing</li></ul>4. B2B Sales &amp; Partnerships (Added Requirement)<ul><li>Drive B2B sales initiatives for Monotone in the mens wear garment segment.</li><li>Build relationships with wholesalers, retailers, uniform buyers, corporate clients, and multi-brand stores.</li><li>Prepare B2B catalogues, pricing sheets, and sampling packs.</li><li>Handle B2B negotiation, order booking, payment coordination, and fulfilment.</li><li>Maintain strong follow-ups to close bulk orders and ensure repeat business.</li></ul>5. Customer Service &amp; Experience<ul><li>Oversee customer service for online orders&mdash;ensuring quick resolution across WhatsApp, email, and calls.</li><li>Analyze returns/exchanges to identify product gaps and improve customer experience.</li><li>Maintain high standards of trust, quality, and reliability across all customer touchpoints.</li></ul>6. Quality Control &amp; Assurance<ul><li>Set QC checkpoints across sampling, production, and finishing stages.</li><li>Ensure garments meet Monotone standards for fit, stitching, packaging, and durability.</li><li>Implement corrective actions and reduce recurring quality issues.</li></ul>7. Logistics &amp; Dispatch<ul><li>Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries.</li><li>&#9679; Ensure packaging, invoicing, and order readiness is streamlined.</li><li>&#9679; Track RTOs and proactively reduce delivery failures.</li><li>&#9679; Ensure smooth B2B dispatches including transport coordination and documentation.</li><li>8. Cross-Functional Collaboration</li><li>&#9679; Act as the bridge between design, marketing, factories, warehousing, and sales teams.</li><li>&#9679; Keep all internal teams aligned on production status, stock levels, and delivery schedules.</li><li>&#9679; Support marketing teams by ensuring product availability for campaigns and photoshoots.</li><li>9. Continuous Improvement</li><li>&#9679; Track operations KPIs: production timelines, delivery SLAs, RTO rate, and stockouts.</li><li>&#9679; Explore new sourcing, fabrics, technologies, and cost optimization opportunities.</li><li>&#9679; Recommend automation and process enhancements to make Monotone more scalable</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;45,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Merchandiser - Brand & B2B Operations

Role Accountabilities:o Manage daily accounting transactions and ledger entries.o Process payments and ensure timely disbursement to vendors.o Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and transactions.o Reconcile bank statements and &#64257;nancial discrepancies.o Monitor and update accounts payable and receivable.o Assist in the preparation of &#64257;nancial reports and statements.o Support dispatch teams by ensuring accurate billing, documentation and payment tracking.o Collaborate with auditors during &#64257;nancial audits.o Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.o Prepare and monitor expense reports.o Track advances and employee reimbursements.o Follow up on pending invoices and payments.o Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.o Maintain &#64257;xed asset registers and depreciation schedules.o Support &#64257;nancial planning by providing transaction data.o Ensure accurate stock maintenance and timely stock reports.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
