Technical Support Executive

Job Description:

- Give back end support to the Service Engineer for the software application.

- ⁠Handling the client queries and technical support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and desire to learn new skills.

- ⁠Resolved the technical queries of the end user Over Phone, Mail and Remote Sessions.

- ⁠Trained the end user of the software Over Phone, Mail and Remote Session when it’s required.

- ⁠Database Maintenances. Strong communication skills and a strong team player.

- ⁠Preparing UAT document and helping clients in conducting UAT.

- ⁠Ensuring clients operate the application smoothly.

- ⁠Process Mapping and ensuring timely delivery of the processes.

- ⁠Identifying potential problems and presenting desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
