Clinical Trainer

• Plan, design, and deliver clinical training programs for doctors, nurses, technicians, and allied healthcare staff
• Conduct onboarding and refresher training for new and existing employees
• Train staff on clinical protocols, SOPs, patient safety, infection control, and quality standards
• Demonstrate correct usage of medical equipment, instruments, and clinical procedures
• Assess training needs and evaluate trainee performance through assessments and feedback
• Maintain training records, attendance, and competency documentation
• Update training material based on latest clinical guidelines and best practices
• Coordinate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training requirements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and internal quality standards
• Support audits, inspections, and accreditation-related training initiatives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
