About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for area sales development, business expansion, and channel growth, with a strong focus on revenue and volume targets.
You’ll play a key role in leading a sales team, managing trade relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of promotions and marketing activities in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development within the assigned area
- Achieve and exceed month-over-month (MoM) sales volume and revenue goals
- Lead and manage a motivated sales team
- Monitor and support daily sales operations
- Execute promotional and trade marketing plans effectively
- Build strong relationships with key trade partners and customers
- Conduct market visits, surveys, and competitor analysis
- Ensure high standards of customer service and market hygiene
- Coordinate with internal departments to support sales objectives
- Own and drive territory-wise and area-wise growth
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree
- Strong team management and communication skills
- 5+ years experience in a similar role within FMCG or Tobacco industry
- Skills in strategic thinking, presentation, and a growth mindset
