About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for area sales development, business expansion, and channel growth, with a strong focus on revenue and volume targets.

You’ll play a key role in leading a sales team, managing trade relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of promotions and marketing activities in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development within the assigned area
  • Achieve and exceed month-over-month (MoM) sales volume and revenue goals
  • Lead and manage a motivated sales team
  • Monitor and support daily sales operations
  • Execute promotional and trade marketing plans effectively
  • Build strong relationships with key trade partners and customers
  • Conduct market visits, surveys, and competitor analysis
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and market hygiene
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support sales objectives
  • Own and drive territory-wise and area-wise growth

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree
  • Strong team management and communication skills
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role within FMCG or Tobacco industry
  • Skills in strategic thinking, presentation, and a growth mindset
