Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Target Achievement: Drive primary (company to distributor) and secondary (distributor to retailer) sales to meet monthly/quarterly/annual goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of Territory Sales Consultants (TSCs) or sales reps.
- Distribution & Channel Management: Appoint new distributors, manage existing ones, and expand reach in general trade, modern trade, or e-commerce.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Gather market data, track competitor promotions/pricing, and develop counter-strategies.
- Sales Planning: Create forecasts, launch new products, and implement sales strategies for the assigned territory.
- Reporting: Provide feedback on brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
