Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for volume and revenue.

Drive sales of focus products and increase SKU penetration across outlets.

Market Development
-
Expand market presence by identifying and onboarding new outlets.
-
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify threats and opportunities.

Team Leadership
-
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
-
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.
-
Distributor Management
-
Manage Distributor Business Representatives (DBRs) to ensure effective coverage and execution.
-
Collaborate with distributors to optimize inventory, logistics, and service levels.
-
Reporting & Analysis
-
Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights.
-
Use data to drive decisions and improve territory performance.
Qualifications
-
Any Graduate or Masters
-
7 to 12 years’ experience in any Beverage, FMCG or food processing company.
-
Strong understanding of distribution networks and retail execution.
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
