An aggressive expansion program together with acquisitions in new vertical markets have created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group.

About the role:

To direct control and effectively manage a van sales operation of sales areas in his assigned territory to achieve the budgeted volume & margin of Almarai products by continuously monitoring and reviewing team performance


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Supervisors’ performance to achieve volume and margin targets.
  • Deliver budgeted sales for Fresh, Foods, Juice, and UHT products.
  • Ensure weekly distribution targets across all trade channels.
  • Align product orders with market demand to reduce wastage.
  • Enforce credit policy compliance to prevent financial loss.
  • Maintain adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Identify training needs and provide development opportunities.
  • Coach high-potential team members for career growth.



Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Ice cream sales.
  • 2 years of experience in FMCG sales
  • Proven experience in van sales.
  • Fluency in English.
