Area Sales Manager (Kocaeli, Sakarya, Yalova, Istanbul Asian side )

We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager for our global client in the lubricants industry, based in Istanbul. This role will drive growth with key customers and further strengthen the company’s market leadership.

Job Description

• Conduct active field sales in the designated region (Asian Side of Istanbul) for Motor Oils, Additives and Service Products.
• Regularly visit potential and existing customers to acquire new clients and increase market share.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend the most suitable products, campaigns and solutions.
• Contribute directly to achieving individual and team sales targets through a customer-focused approach.
• Follow up on invoice collections and ensure timely payments,
• Execute and report on regional and customer visits according to monthly, weekly, and daily plans.

Requirements

• University degree,
• Good command of English is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in the automotive sector or in the sales of Motor Oils, Additives, and Service Products is preferred,
• Willingness to visit customers in Kocaeli, Sakarya, Yalova, and Istanbul (Asian Side)
• Strong persuasion and communication skills,
• Presentable, highly motivated, energetic, and positive attitude,
• Valid Class B driver’s license with active driving experience,
• No restrictions on domestic and intercity travel,
• Male candidates must have completed military service.
