ey Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of sales executives/agents to achieve life insurance sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors as per business needs.
- Drive business growth through agency/bancassurance/direct sales channels.
- Conduct regular field visits to support team in closures & customer meetings.
- Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy & timely policy issuance.
- Monitor daily performance, pipeline, and activity metrics.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products.
- Team handling experience is mandatory.
- Good communication & sales negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Local market knowledge preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
