Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager with strong expertise in medical devices or medical equipment sales. The role involves driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and expanding market presence across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Promote and demonstrate HRS Navigation solutions to Neuro, Spine, ENT, and Ortho surgeons.
• Expand business in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.
• Manage sales operations, customer service activities, and CRM reporting.
• Track competitor activities and stay updated on medical equipment trends.
• Participate in medical conferences, industry events, and meetings.
• Handle proposals, agreements, quotations, contracts, and purchase orders.

Requirements

• 6 to 12 years of experience in medical devices or equipment sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage large territories and meet sales goals.
• Technical understanding of medical equipment and ability to provide clinical product demonstrations.
• Willingness to travel as required.
