Area Sales Manager – Multan

Location: Multan, Pakistan

About the Role

We seek to hire a self-driven sales professional ready to Join our high-performing team as an Area Sales Manager – Multan.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager – North & Central region, you will play a key role in shaping our market presence across the Multan territory. This role is critical in driving sales growth, building strong distributor and retail relationships, and ensuring flawless execution of trade initiatives aligned with Flora Food Group's objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute area sales plans aligned with regional strategy
  • Lead and supervise a team of Distribution Sales Representatives
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and trade partners
  • Monitor distributor health including ROI, inventory, claims, credit etc.
  • Conduct market visits to ensure availability, visibility, and pricing compliance
  • Execute trade promotions and merchandising guidelines
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain for stock planning and timely delivery.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing (MBA preferred)
  • 5–7 years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Proven strong expertise in distributor management and retail execution in Multan region
  • Effective leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities; Fluent in both English and Urdu
  • Proficiency in MS Office and with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau is a plus
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work across the assigned territory
