Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales activities in the designated area, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders in the region.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business expansion, understand competitor activity, and provide insights to the management team.
- Supervise and guide the sales team in the region, ensuring their productivity and performance aligns with company goals.
- Ensure that promotional campaigns and strategies are effectively executed in the field.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the Pesticide industry or FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and territory management.
