Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage sales activities in the designated area, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders in the region.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business expansion, understand competitor activity, and provide insights to the management team.
  • Supervise and guide the sales team in the region, ensuring their productivity and performance aligns with company goals.
  • Ensure that promotional campaigns and strategies are effectively executed in the field.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the Pesticide industry or FMCG sector.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and territory management.
