Position Title: Area Sales Manager (Retail)

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies for retail outlets and e-commerce platforms to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Customer Data Analytics: Use customer insights and data to optimize store performance and tailor sales strategies.
- Training & Development: Implement staff training programs to enhance customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Customer Excellence: Lead customer service initiatives, loyalty programs, and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Performance Monitoring: Set and monitor sales targets for individual team members and outlets, ensuring high performance.
- Inventory Management: Utilize advanced analytics for forecasting sales trends and managing optimal stock levels.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure store ambiance, merchandising, and displays align with brand standards and drive sales.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate your team to achieve exceptional sales and service outcomes.
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience: 4-5 years in retail management, sales, or operations, preferably in multi-location management.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in sales forecasting, customer data analytics, and inventory management.
- Leadership: Strong team management and motivational skills, with experience in training and development.
- Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with retail software, e-commerce platforms, and CRM systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Pay: Rs160,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
