Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Area Sales Manager with proven experience in the retail footwear sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple store locations, driving sales growth, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all assigned outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of multiple retail footwear stores
• Drive sales performance to consistently meet and exceed assigned targets and revenue objectives
• Track and evaluate store performance through KPIs and sales analytics
• Lead, train, and motivate store managers and sales teams to achieve business goals
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service across all locations
• Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and seasonal initiatives
• Oversee inventory management and coordinate closely with supply chain teams
• Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance insights to senior management
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, including visual merchandising and store presentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
• 4–7 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within footwear or fashion retail
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple store locations
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management capabilities
• Proven ability in sales planning, forecasting, and performance management
• Solid understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory control
• Proficient in MS Office and retail reporting systems
