Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-focused Area Sales Manager with strong experience in the retail footwear industry. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple store locations, boost sales performance, manage teams effectively, and ensure a high standard of customer service across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of multiple footwear retail stores
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Monitor store performance using KPIs and sales data
- Lead, train, and motivate store managers and sales staff
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained across all locations
- Plan and execute sales strategies, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Supervise inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance updates to management
- Maintain brand standards, including visual merchandising and store appearance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 4–7 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear or fashion
- Experience managing multiple store locations
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Proven expertise in sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Good understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail reporting tools
