Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Retail Store Operations
Location: Lahore and Rawalpindi, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: At least a graduate, preferably with a four-year degree in Business Studies or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in managing and operating retail store chains of reputable food brands.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager.

Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Point of Sale (POS) and inventory management systems, preferably MSD AX 365.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of team building and leadership.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee operations of multiple retail outlets within the assigned area.
• Ensure sales targets are achieved or exceeded across all outlets.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize losses.
• Train, mentor, and supervise store managers and sales teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure effective implementation and utilization of POS and inventory management systems.
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance and provide operational support.
