Job Description
Catalyst Education is expanding aggressively across Kerala and is looking for an experienced Area Sales & Marketing professional (B2B – EdTech) with proven exposure to EdTech institutional sales and experience working with Catalyst competitors / IT training institutes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving institutional partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and bulk enrollments for IT and professional courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales and marketing activities across the assigned area
- Develop partnerships with colleges, schools, training institutes, corporates, and placement partners
- Handle bulk student onboarding and institutional enrollments
- Identify and convert leads from EdTech competitor ecosystems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (Principals, HR Heads, Training Managers)
- Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities (seminars, workshops, campus drives, roadshows)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and enrolment targets
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth execution
- Prepare regular sales reports and area-wise performance updates
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of B2B EdTech / Institutional Sales experience
- Mandatory experience with EdTech competitors / IT training institutes (Software, Data, Cyber Security, Digital Skills)
- Strong network with educational institutions and corporate clients
- Proven track record in target-based sales
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
- Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
