Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Officer to promote and sell our building material products in the Trichy region. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in dealer/distributor management and project sales within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, and contractors.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular field visits for order follow-up and payment collection.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and pricing.
• Prepare daily sales reports and update management on market trends.
• Support marketing and promotional activities for brand development.

Requirements:

• Any Degree with 3–5 years of sales experience in building materials, cement, TMT, or related products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Good knowledge of local markets and customer networks.
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
