Job Description :-

A Construction/Building Material Area Sales Officer identifies and cultivates leads, builds client relationships with architects, contractors, and builders, provides technical product knowledge, negotiates contracts, and closes deals to meet sales targets. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, conducting market research, creating presentations, managing customer service, and staying informed about industry trends to foster long-term partnerships.

• Provide clients with in-depth technical product knowledge and recommend suitable building materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless project execution and customer experience.
• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and engage with potential customers, including architects, contractors, and builders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
