Job Description:
This position will be responsible for B2B business of West region covering markets of Maharashtra (Mumbai/Rest of Maharashtra)/Gujarat/Goa/Chhattisgarh states.)
This position will also be responsible for special focus on Influencer management prog. (pre-sales specification) for All India projects.
1. Profitable Business growth - To attain sustainable growth, ensuring benchmarking with allied industries and take improvement initiatives.
2. Implementation of Strategic & Functional initiatives – B2B Sales Excellence - Being responsible for appointment of professional project dealer-s network
Recruitment of right skilled manpower as per vertical focus - Promoting -Made In India- digital locks in Residential and Hospitality verticals
3. Fit to Vertical product development (New product Development) - New product introduction and creating awareness in focus verticals, working with influencers (Architects/Interior Designers/Project Management Consultants/Govt. authorities) for pre-Sales specification
4. Improving extraction from OEM vertical - Improving conversion through alternative solutions - Project dealer network Development - Improving wallet share in existing accounts through project-based working
5. Sales Force Effectiveness : Ensuring Competitor Intelligence for each project and understanding market trends to take tactical actions
6. Organizational Imperatives: Assessing the potential risk to achieve the business objectives in short and long term. - Preparing mitigation plan for each risk identified along with lead and lag measure and Actual against plan need to be tracked for each lead and lag indicator
Essential - Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduation in Management (Mandatory)
