General Manager - Operations

Job Overview:
Vedant Logistics is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee and drive its cement sales operations in the Raipur region. The role requires strong leadership, client management, and business development skills to manage existing accounts, expand customer base, and build long-term relationships with key clients, particularly large highway contractors. The General Manager will also ensure smooth coordination across sales, accounts, and operations to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the cement sales division in the Raipur region.
• Handle and maintain relationships with key customer accounts, especially major highway contractors.
• Drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients.
• Oversee and monitor accounts and ensure timely collections.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
• Maintain strong industry connections to identify new opportunities and strengthen market presence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
